Detox Day number 3… And I feel good! Normally I have a coffee in the morning with almond milk. I missed it (my body and mind) for one day. So strange that something I thought was a well rooted habit was gone (the need) so quickly. In my mind I thought I was dependent.. We cling to habits, behaviour, emotions, sorrow…even pain. Problems arise when we experience negativity from it. We lack will power, resilience, and confidence to change. I honestly feel lighter (not only the weight 😉 So get out of your comfort zone and change something (small ..). What is holding you back?
