In our daily lives we often hold back. Mabey because we are afraid of what might happen if we actually say what we are thinking or do what we feel like doing with our hearts.

We busy ourselves with our email instead of making that difficult phone call. We say no to teaching at an event because we are afraid of not being enough.

The good news is. We can take our yoga practice into our daily lives!

Yoga takes us into the unknown every time we step onto the mat. Even if we have practised a hundred times, we never know what’s going to come up.

Tackling new and difficult poses bring a set of unknowns.
Will I be able to do it?
Will I fall on my face?

Inversions like Headstand, Handstand, or my nemesis, Forearm Balance, such as Eka pada Koundinyasana require a leap of faith into the unknown as you leave the safety of the ground under your feet.

But, as with all good things in life 😉 , we never master these poses unless we try.

You are enough. Just trying is enough!

The best time to start is now.

Week by week your strength and your confidence will grow until one day you find yourself effortlessly  moving into Eka pada koundinyasa, grinning from ear to ear 😄

I want to be honest with you and tell you that starting and running a business like Seaze the Day yoga events is sometimes nerve-racking. Being solely responsible for bringing in the clients or customers will probably mean more than one sleepless night. I to have a mortgage to pay😉

But you know what! It is so worth it!
To be in control of my own work and time, while creating value in the life of others, is priceless.

You can practice with us on our  “Luxury meets water adventure supyoga retreat in Tenerife | 03-10 march 2017. ”

Take that leap of faith!

Seaze the now🙏
